At SoHot Clubwear, we want you to feel confident and sexy in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
